Whilst we only use high quality sterling silver or gold plated chains, they are still fine jewellery. If your chain breaks within the first 6 months we will mend it free of charge. After that there would be a small £15 repair fee per welding session.

We would recommend getting a permanent bracelet for yourself and a non-permanent bracelet for your mother. We can create a traditional bracelet she can take on and off for any appointments she may have. We can always change it to a permanent one in time if she requires.

Sadly, no. Our policy has a minimum age requirement of 18, or 16 with parental consent. Those lucky enough to look younger, we may need to see proof of age. Instead we can create for you a beautiful traditional bracelet or necklace, that you have had just as much input in designing.. but can take off when required.

All of our jewellery is made to your exact, agreed measurements. We can make it as loose or as tight as you would like so it would be a perfect fit for everyBODY.

Whilst our jewellery is permanent, it’s not necessarily life-long. Our chains are still fine jewellery and are still open to the wear and tear of living a fulfilling life! Yes of course, larger parties and bookings will be able to receive a discount.
